Supervised FAU Graduate Assistants form the bulk of our workforce. Hand picked from our Department as well as the VPT Specialization Program, the VPT Lab provides many of our graduate students with the Real World experience that they'll need in todays competitive job market. This gives students an opportunity for supervised research in the planning feild and gives sponsors state-of-the-art professional results at a lower cost.

3 year National Science Foundation Funded Research at FAU -  Research Assistants sought

We are seeking two students interested in joining our research team for NSF funded project  -- “Displacement due to Catastrophic Hurricanes: Assessing Potential Magnitude and Implications for Housing and Land Development Policies”. Students interested in pursuing a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning and/or Ph.D. in Public Administration are welcomed!

Students are expected to work for 15-20 hours per week. Funds are available for tuition and stipend.
